The plot fee is $30 and options for submitting your payment and contract are listed below.
If you are paying by check, please make checks payable to Summit Neighborhood Association.
We have several options for submitting your contract and paying your annual dues – we hope will make it easy for you to complete this process.
- Submit your contract and payment electronically through this form on the Summit Neighborhood Association website (http://www.sna.providence.ri.us/summit-community-garden-dues/).
- Mail your contract. For the mailing address, please send an email to summitgardenpvd@gmail.com.
- Returning gardeners can leave their contract and check in the communications box, which is located inside the garden shed.
Scholarship fund
We have established a Garden Scholarship Fund to provide financial assistance for any gardener not able to pay the plot fee. You will find more information about the scholarship, and an option to include a donation to the Scholarship Fund along with your plot fee, in this year’s garden contract and on the online payment form. If payment of plot dues will pose a financial hardship for you, please send us an email to request a scholarship.
